milk kefir 牛奶开菲尔

Milk kefir is a milk based probiotic beverage made with milk kefir grains and fresh milk. The grains’ lactic acid bacteria turn the milk’s lactose into lactic acid, so milk kefir tastes sour like yogurt but it is a more powerful probiotic than yogurt. Compared to Water Kefir, Milk Kefir tastes creamy and tangy. As with Kombucha and Water Kefir, it primarily helps to to boost immune system and support gut health.
